Appointment for travelers and payment
・Please be sure to read the ‘Limitations and Instructions for Use’ page first.
・Please set your device to translate from Japanese to English and download the app used for online consultations from the link below. The App is available on both smartphones and PCs.

・You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. For appointments, please provide the address where you are currently staying in Japan (such as a hotel or home).
・Please check whether your travel insurance covers psychiatric consultations.
・Payment can be made by credit card only ―Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. The prescription will be issued after the payment is completed.
・For travelers, the fee for an online consultation is ¥33,000 for the first appointment and ¥22,000 for the second and subsequent appointments.
・After the online consultation, you will need to pay for your medications at the pharmacy. For those who are not residents of Japan, medication costs typically range from 5,000 yen to 20,000 yen, depending on your medicines and the number of days prescribed. The maximum prescription length is 28 days.
・Even for travelers, if you wish to receive psychiatric medications through online consultation, we can prescribe them only from the second visit due to regulations by the Ministry of Health. If you need the medication urgently, please let us know during the consultation. In that case, we will arrange the second appointment as soon as possible.
・Receipts are issued in Japanese, but you can translate them using the translation function on your device after returning to your country and submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To receive prescription medication, counseling by a pharmacist is required, either online or in person.
We are in the process of setting up electronic prescriptions.
Prescription by mail
The clinic will mail the prescription to your home or hotel. Please take the prescription to a nearby pharmacy to receive your medication.
Please note that there may be a time lag due to mailing.
Fax to a local pharmacy
Please find a nearby pharmacy in advance. Immediately after the consultation, we will fax the prescription to that pharmacy. You can then visit the pharmacy to pick up your medication. If you will be traveling and moving between locations, this method is the most reliable. We recommend choosing a large chain pharmacy that stocks psychiatric medications.
Online pharmacy in English
We can introduce pharmacies that provide medication counseling in English online. Please make an appointment with the pharmacy and receive counseling online before receiving your medication.
Please note that pharmacies offering services in English are often closed on weekends, which may result in a time lag.
